INDOOR (SMALL DOG) PLAY SESSIONS 💛
Let's get together and help our small dogs not only socialize and play with one another, but also practice working through their distractions, engaging with you, and above all feeling good about being close to other littles and their pet parents. And no need to worry, as there will always be a trainer present to guide all pet parents attending. 📍LOCATION: Most will be held at Dealing With Dogs in Oakville. However the exact location/city may vary per session. View when booking. ⌛️ DURATION: 45 Mins for all sessions, except 60 mins for breed-specific sessions. 🐶 GROUP SIZE: Up to 12-15 dogs or less, depending on our staff and location.
At our play sessions, each dog attending wears a differently coloured bandana to help everyone be aware of what each dog’s comfort level is. 🟢 GREEN: “Today I’m feeling fairly comfortable with being approached by all.” 🟡 YELLOW: “Today I’m feeling comfortable getting to know you, but it might depend on how our interactions go." 🔴 RED: “Today I’d definitely enjoy some extra space and time before getting to know you.” Your dog may wear different colours from one session to the next. We want to take into account our dog’s overall mood that day as well, as well as the comfort level of others present.
