Hello! ๐๐ผ I'm Carlos and I'll be happy to be your Dog Relationship Advisor! ย I have been fortunate to be raised around people that truly cared a lot about animals. At a young age, I would often tend to any wounded or injured animal I would find on the streets of Lima or Tacna, Peru, bringing them home and figuring out a way to help. ย It wasn't until I rescued Mila, a 6-year-old Bichon Frisรฉ that had been re-homed several times, that I realized that I needed to see if other dogs like her, could use my help through dog training and puppy training. In preparation for the adoption of this pup, I learned everything I could about dogs and how to communicate and understand them in order to fulfill their needs. Since then, I've had the privilege of helping owners and families with their own, by furthering my own learning by working alongside other dog trainers, and learning through the dogs I work with daily, as well. I've had the pleasure of working with rescues and foster homes, helping them not only find the most loving homes for these animals, but also making sure the new families were equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to build the most amazing relationship with their pooch!

Angela
Enjoys going for walks while eating snacks more than anyone we know!
Angela is happy and proud that we get to offer Lil'o's play sessions and other services for all small dogs to be able to further their social skills, and seeing all their cuteness in real time is a nice plus for her! Where you'll find Lilo, you're sure to see Angela not far behind, ready to do exactly as Lilo commands. If you need anything at all, especially when Carlos is endlessly rambling, going on and on and on about dog training, you can always and safely reach out for Angela, and she'll be more than happy to be there for you.
Lilo
For every 1 treat your dog gets during our sessions you must give Lilo 5..

Mason
Mason might fall asleep during our play sessions..

Nyx
Bringing a super caring and playful side of dog training and guidance to the team.
Nyx's passion for animals ignited in childhood and has only flourished over time. From a young age, they were drawn to creatures big and small, from bugs to snakes to the neighborhood's stray cats. Despite really wanting a dog since age 7, it wasn't until a rescue pup named Bruno found his way into their home, that Nyx's dream finally came true. With Bruno, Nyx delved into understanding canine behavior, health and overall how to best meet a dog's needs. Their journey has led them to volunteer at the Etobicoke Humane Society from the age of 12, where they devoted themselves to caring for animals in search of forever homes. Through two college graduations in animal care, Nyx has honed their expertise in animal wellness, behavior, anatomy, nursing, and more. They are deeply committed to advocating for both social justice and animal welfare causes, constantly seeking to expand their knowledge and contribute positively to their community. Outside of their animal-centric pursuits, Nyx finds joy in the company of their cat Mia, indulges in hobbies like working on cars and photography, and explores interests ranging from Disney movies to learning about human mental health.
Bruno
Need a workout buddy? He'll do you one better, he's our new personal trainer! ๐พ
You wanna run? Bruno runs faster. You think you can fetch balls real good? He'll fetch them before your dog even notices, and then he'll have your dog chase him. But then you'll thank him because then that means your dog is on their way to becoming a stronger, better, faster version of themselves. But you'll never surpass Bruno. No matter how hard he trains your dog. Nobody surpasses the Bruno.
Mocha
He's got the looks, the charms, but above all, he's got an amazing hidden set of skills that we're discovering every day.
It's hard to find a more unique and special dog than Mocha. He's sweet and gentle, but above all determined to do his best to please. And whenever he happens to have a ruff time doing so, he finds comfort knowing that his pet parents aren't far behind, ready to guide him along his beautiful journey.
Erica
Always happy to help, and currently ready to help the Lil'o's Club reach new heights!
There would be no Mocha without Erica, and the Lil'o's Club would probably not be the same without Erica's ongoing support! Erica aims to please, just as much as Mocha does, and takes a lot of pleasure if helping other small dogs discover us! She does so through research and the continuous exploration of new ways that we can reach more and more small dog friends across the GTA.
Duchess
Need a shoulder to lean on, or a friend to run around with?
Duchess is as sweet as they come. Basically the really young, baby sister of Lilo and Mason, Duchess has learned a lot from their calm demeanour and experience, making her a wonderful friend for your littles!
