This puzzle is perfect for puppies, young dogs, or any dog who is being introduced to the idea of food puzzles and mentally enriching exercises. Your dog will have to use their nose or paws to move and nudge each piece out of the way, to uncover the treat(s) you've hidden. The fewer food/treat pieces you have your dog work for at a time, the better, especially with this puzzle. That way their success is based on their skill set, rather than a high probability of multiple pieces being everywhere. Pro tip: Once your dog has figured out this puzzle, wrap it in a towel, put it inside a cardboard box, and bury it in your dog's toys so they have to jump in and dig, just to get to their puzzle!
